Text
(a)The adoption history fund is established
for the purpose of carrying out this chapter and IC 31-19-19 through IC 31-19-25.5. The state registrar shall administer the fund.
(b)The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from:
(1)money in the fund; or
(2)if revenues are insufficient, a supplemental appropriation.
(c)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state general fund.
