Text
Not later than the tenth day of each calendar month, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health records of decrees of:
(1)adoption; or
(2)annulment, revocation, or amendment of adoption;
entered in the preceding month, together with related reports required
by the Indiana department of health.
