Text
Personal jurisdiction acquired by an Indiana
tribunal in a proceeding under this article or other Indiana law relating
to a support order continues as long as an Indiana tribunal has
continuing, exclusive jurisdiction to modify its order or continuing
jurisdiction to enforce its order as provided by sections 5, 6, and 11 of
this chapter.
