§ 31-17-4-7 — Security
Indiana·Art. 17 FAMILY LAW: CUSTODY AND VISITATION·Ch. 4 Parenting Time Rights of Noncustodial Parent
(a)This section does not apply to an order
under section 2.5 of this chapter.
(b)A court may not require an applicant for a temporary restraining
order or an injunction under section 4 of this chapter (or IC 31-1-11.5-26 before its repeal) to give security.
