§ 31-17-2-19 — Travel and other expenses of witnesses
Indiana·Art. 17 FAMILY LAW: CUSTODY AND VISITATION·Ch. 2 Actions for Child Custody and Modification of Child
The court may tax as costs the payment of
necessary travel and other expenses incurred by any person whose
presence at the hearing the court considers necessary to determine the
best interests of the child.
