Text

If both parents or all contestants agree to the order or if the court finds that, in the absence of the order, the child's physical health might be endangered or the child's emotional development significantly impaired, the court may order:

(1)the court social service agency;
(2)the staff of the juvenile court;
(3)the local probation department; or
(4)a private agency employed by the court for that purpose; to exercise continuing supervision over the case to assure that the custodial or parenting time terms of the decree are carried out. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-21(c).]
