§ 31-17-2-16 — Counseling for child
Indiana·Art. 17 FAMILY LAW: CUSTODY AND VISITATION·Ch. 2 Actions for Child Custody and Modification of Child
Upon:
(1)the court's own motion;
(2)the motion of a party;
(3)the motion of the child;
(4)the motion of the child's guardian ad litem; or
(5)the motion of the court appointed special advocate;
the court may order the custodian or the joint custodians to obtain
counseling for the child under such terms and conditions as the court
considers appropriate.
