§ 31-17-2-1 — Jurisdiction
Indiana·Art. 17 FAMILY LAW: CUSTODY AND VISITATION·Ch. 2 Actions for Child Custody and Modification of Child
Jurisdiction of a child custody proceeding under:
(1)this chapter, IC 31-17-4, IC 31-17-6, and IC 31-17-7; or
(2)IC 31-21 (or IC 31-17-3 before its repeal);
shall be determined under IC 31-21 (or IC 31-17-3 before its repeal).
