§ 31-16-8-4 — Petition to modify child support order based on incarceration
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 8 Modification of Child Support or Maintenance Orders
If:
(1)a petition to modify a child support order based on
incarceration of a party is filed; and
(2)no party files an objection or request for a hearing within
thirty (30) days after receiving notice;
the court may modify the child support order, or approve a proposed
modification, without holding a hearing.
