§ 31-16-8-3 — Security, bond, or guarantee
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 8 Modification of Child Support or Maintenance Orders
The court may provide in a modification of a
support order for the security, bond, or other guarantee that is
satisfactory to the court to secure the obligation to make support
payments.
