§ 31-16-21-2 — Court ordered provision for payment
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 21 Annual Fee Payable to Court in Addition to Support
The court entering an order described in
section 1(a) of this chapter shall include a provision in the order that
requires the individual to pay the support and maintenance fee.
