§ 31-16-20-7 — Application of chapter; multiple transfers
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 20 Transfer of Jurisdiction Over Support Orders
(a)This chapter applies to proceedings
pending in:
(1)the court in which the dissolution was obtained; or
(2)any other court to which the proceedings have been
transferred.
(b)Any number of transfers may be made, as the best interests of
the children require.
