Text

If the court enters a decree or an order under section 1(a) of this chapter, the clerk shall:

(1)immediately set up an appropriate account system in the case; and
(2)maintain a continuous record of the payments to each account. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-2-2-2.]
