§ 31-16-19-2 — Payments into court; accounting system
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 19 Requirement That Support for Certain Dependents Be
If the court enters a decree or an order under section 1(a) of this chapter, the clerk shall:
(1)immediately set up an appropriate account system in the case;
and
(2)maintain a continuous record of the payments to each account.
