§ 31-16-16-2 — Delinquent payment as judgment against obligor
Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 16 Enforceable Judgment Against a Person Delinquent in
A payment that is:
(1)required under a support order; and
(2)delinquent;
shall be treated as a judgment against the obligor for the delinquent
amount.
