Text

A court may not appoint a party to the proceedings, the party's employee, or the party's representative as the:

(1)guardian ad litem;
(2)court appointed special advocate;
(3)guardian ad litem program; or
(4)court appointed special advocate program; for a child who is involved in the proceedings. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-28(h) part.]
