§ 31-15-6-1 — Appointment
Indiana·Art. 15 FAMILY LAW: DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE·Ch. 6 Appointment of Guardians Ad Litem and Court
A court in a proceeding under this article may appoint:
(1)a guardian ad litem;
(2)a court appointed special advocate; or
(3)both;
for a child at any time.
