§ 31-14-9-2 — Submission to department

Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY LAW: ESTABLISHMENT OF·Ch. 9 Record of Paternity Determination

(a)Not later than the tenth day of each month, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health the following:

(1)Each record of a paternity determination entered during the preceding month.

(2)Each order entered during the preceding month indicating that a court has set aside a paternity determination.

(3)Any other related reports that the Indiana department of health requires.

(b)Not later than five (5) days after a petition to establish paternity has been filed, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health a notice required by section 0.5 of this chapter related to the petition to establish paternity.
