§ 31-14-11-23 — Termination of child support obligation; fraud or mistake of fact

Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY LAW: ESTABLISHMENT OF·Ch. 11 Support Following Determination of Paternity
If a court vacates or has vacated a man's paternity of a child based on fraud or mistake of fact, the man's child support obligation, including any arrearage, terminates. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-6.1-21.]
