§ 31-12-2-3 — Order compelling party to cooperate in counseling services
Indiana·Art. 12 FAMILY LAW: DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Ch. 2 Establishment of Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau
A judge may order either or both parties in a domestic relations proceeding to:
(1)report to the domestic relations bureau;
(2)cooperate in counseling; and
(3)furnish the counselor with pertinent information in a party's
knowledge.
