§ 31-12-1-16 — Court of record
Indiana·Art. 12 FAMILY LAW: DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Ch. 1 Domestic Relations Courts; Provision of Counseling
(a)This section does not apply to counseling
proceedings, interviews, conferences, and communications that are
confidential under section 14 of this chapter.
(b)A domestic relations court established under this chapter is a
court of record and all proceedings in the court must be of record.
