§ 31-11-4-9 — Expiration of application

Indiana·Art. 11 FAMILY LAW: MARRIAGE·Ch. 4 Marriage Licenses and Certificates
An application for a marriage license expires sixty (60) days after the application is filed with the clerk of the circuit court unless a license to marry is issued under the application within that time. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-7-3-7.]
