§ 31-11-11-6 — Attempt to solemnize marriage by person not authorized to solemnize marriages
A person who:
(1)attempts to solemnize a marriage; and
(2)is not authorized to solemnize marriages by IC 31-11-6;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
