Indiana Statutes
§ 31-11-11-5 — Solemnization of marriage in violation of this article
A person who:
(1)is authorized to solemnize marriages by IC 31-11-6; and
(2)solemnizes a marriage in violation of this article;
commits a Class C infraction.
