§ 30-5-2-8 — "Principal"
"Principal" means:
(1)an individual:
(A)who is:
(i)at least eighteen (18) years of age;
(ii)emancipated; or
(iii)currently serving in the United States military; and
(B)includes an individual acting as a:
(i)trustee;
(ii)personal representative; or
(iii)fiduciary;
(2)a corporation;
(3)a limited liability company;
(4)a trust; or
(5)a partnership;
who signs a power of attorney granting powers to an attorney in fact.
