Text
(Duties of Co-Trustee) Unless the terms of the trust provide otherwise, if there are two (2) or more trustees, each has a duty to:
(a)participate in the administration of the trust;
(b)take whatever action is reasonable to prevent a co-trustee from
committing a breach of trust; and
(c)take whatever action is reasonable to compel a co-trustee to
redress a breach of trust.
