§ 30-4-10-17 — "General power of appointment"

Indiana·Art. 4 TRUST CODE·Ch. 10 Uniform Trust Decanting Act

As used in this chapter, "general power of appointment" means a power of appointment exercisable in favor of:

(1)a powerholder;
(2)a powerholder's estate;
(3)a creditor of the powerholder; or
(4)a creditor of the powerholder's estate.
