Text
As used in this chapter, "custodial trust property" means the following:
(1)An interest in property:
(A)transferred to; or
(B)held under a declaration of trust by;
a custodial trustee under this chapter.
(2)The income from and proceeds of the property interest
described in subdivision (1).
