§ 30-2-13-36 — Suspension of certificates of authority; fines
The board may suspend the certificate of
authority of a seller who violates a provision of this chapter. The board
may suspend the certificate of authority of a seller who intentionally
violates section 12.5 of this chapter for at least one (1) year. The board
may assess a seller a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars
($10,000) for each violation of section 12.5, 13, 15, 21, 23, 24, or 25
of this chapter to be added to the fund established under section 28 of
this chapter.
