§ 30-2-13-32 — General price list
A seller of:
(1)prepaid services or merchandise; or
(2)at-need services or merchandise;
shall maintain for display or on request at the seller's place of business
and in the possession of an agent appointed by the seller a fully detailed
general price list of all prepaid and at-need services or merchandise
offered by the seller. The seller shall make this list available to any
individual requesting price information.
