§ 30-2-12-3 — "Gift instrument" defined

Indiana·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 12 Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Act
As used in this chapter, "gift instrument" means a record, including any institutional solicitations, under which property is granted or transferred to or held by an institution as an institutional fund.
