§ 30-1-9-17 — Revocation
(a)Every power, beneficial or in trust, shall
be irrevocable, unless an authority to revoke it is reserved in the
instrument creating the same.
(b)This section does not apply to any power of attorney, regardless
of when the power of attorney was created.
