Indiana Statutes
§ 27-9-4-5 — Summary proceedings at request of officials of domiciliary states
The commissioner in his sole discretion may
institute proceedings under IC 27-9-2 at the request of the
commissioner or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary
state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in Indiana.
