§ 27-8-6-2 — Prior policies
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 6 Reimbursement for Certain Medical Services
The provisions of section 1 of this chapter shall
not apply to any policy, contract, plan, or agreement in effect prior to
May 1, 1969.
