Text
An insurer shall not, as a condition of
enrollment or continued enrollment in a short term insurance plan,
require an individual to pay a premium or contribution greater than the
premium or contribution for a similarly situated individual enrolled in
the short term insurance plan on the basis of a health status related
factor in relation to the individual or a dependent of the individual.
