§ 27-8-4-1 — Purpose

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 4 Credit Life and Credit Accident and Health Insurance
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public welfare through the establishment of unified and consistent rules relating to the implementation and administration of the laws of this state pertaining to credit life insurance and credit accident and health insurance, as such insurances are defined and limited in this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1961, c.47, s.1. As amended by P.L.252-1985, SEC.295.
