§ 27-8-38-5 — "Emergency medical services provider organization"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 38 Coverage for Emergency Ambulance Services and
As used in this chapter, "emergency medical
services provider organization" means a provider of emergency medical
services that is certified by the Indiana emergency medical services
commission under the rules adopted under IC 16-31-3 to provide
advanced life support.
