Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 38 Coverage for Emergency Ambulance Services and
This chapter applies to:
(1)accident and sickness insurance policies issued, delivered, or
renewed after June 30, 2022; and
(2)HMO contracts entered into or renewed after June 30, 2022.
