Text
A policy of accident and sickness insurance must provide coverage for treatment of:
(1)pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated
with streptococcal infections (PANDAS); and
(2)pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS);
including treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.
