§ 27-8-35-4 — "Policy of accident and sickness insurance"

As used in this chapter, "policy of accident and
sickness insurance" refers to a policy of accident and sickness
insurance (as defined in IC 27-8-5-1) that provides coverage for
anatomical gifts, transplantation, or related health care services.
