§ 27-8-33-4 — Prohibition on coverage for abortion; exceptions
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 33 Health Care Exchanges and Abortion
A qualified health plan offered under Subtitle
D of Title 1 of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
may not provide coverage for abortion, except when an abortion is
permitted under IC 16-34-2-1.
