Text

An insurer that issues an accident and sickness insurance policy may report to the drug utilization review board established by IC 12-15-35-19 the number of covered individuals who are:

(1)less than eighteen (18) years of age; and
(2)prescribed a stimulant medication approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of attention deficit disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
