§ 27-8-25-4 — "Covered individual"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 25 Coverage for Care Related to Clinical Trials
As used in this chapter, "covered individual"
means an individual entitled to coverage under a policy of accident and
sickness insurance.
