Text
(a)An applicant must do the following to
obtain a license as a viatical settlement provider:
(1)Apply for the license on forms prescribed by the department.
(2)Provide information required by the department.
(3)Pay the license fee.
(b)The application must include the name of each officer, member,
or employee of the applicant who will be authorized by the applicant
to act as a viatical settlement provider under the license if issued to the
applicant.
(c)The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to set the
licensing fee required by this section.
