Text

(a)If an individual:
(1)becomes an eligible employee of a small employer after the date that a small employer insurer first insures an eligible employee of the small employer under a health insurance plan; and
(2)is not a late enrollee; the individual and all dependents of the individual are entitled to coverage under section 33 of this chapter, subject to the provisions of sections 27 and 28 of this chapter.
