(a)Each small employer insurer shall maintain an actuarial certification verifying that the insurer is in compliance with this chapter and that the rating methods of the insurer are actuarially sound. A copy of the certification shall be retained by the insurer at the insurer's principal place of business for three (3) years.

(b)Before March 1 of each year, each small employer insurer shall submit to the department a copy of the actuarial certification maintained under subsection (a).
