§ 27-8-15-18 — Offer to transfer
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 15 Small Employer Group Health Insurance
A small employer insurer may not offer to
transfer a small employer into or out of a plan with substantially the
same benefit design unless the offer is made to transfer all small
employers in that plan without regard to case characteristics, claim
experience, health status, or duration since issue.
