§ 27-8-14-3 — "Insured"
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 8 LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH·Ch. 14 Coverage for Services Related to Breast Cancer
As used in this chapter, "insured" means an
individual who is entitled to coverage under a policy of accident and
sickness insurance.
