1.
(a)The addition of this chapter and the
amendments made to IC 13-1-2-11 (before its repeal, now codified at
IC 16-41-35-30) by P.L.119-1991 apply to an insurance policy that is
issued or renewed after June 30, 1991.
(b)The amendments made to section 6 of this chapter by
P.L.170-1999 apply to accident and sickness insurance policies that are
issued, delivered, or renewed after June 30, 1999.
