Text
3. As used in this chapter, "issuer" includes:
(1)an insurance company;
(2)a fraternal benefit society;
(3)a health care service plan;
(4)a health maintenance organization; and
(5)any other entity;
that delivers a Medicare supplement policy or certificate in Indiana or
issues a Medicare supplement policy or certificate for delivery in
Indiana.
