§ 27-8-12-9 — Termination of policy on grounds of age or deteriorated health
An insurer that issues a long term care
insurance policy may not cancel, decline to renew, or otherwise
terminate the policy solely on the grounds of the age or deterioration in
mental or physical health of the insured individual or certificate holder.
